Rolling down the runway
We’re going for a ride
Lifting off the pavement
And heading for the sky
Through the open windows
The engines are so loud
High above the water
Watching shadows from the clouds

Flying in an airplane
High above the ground
Flying in an airplane
Propellers going around
Flying in an airplane
Look out down below
We are flying through
A rainbow

We almost touch the tree tops
And hear the engines slow
Heading through the mountains
We’re flying pretty low
The ride is getting bumpy
But the landing strip’s in sight
Touchdown at the airport
We had a perfect flight
